NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

Brecon Beacons National Park Authority

(Public Footpath No. 30 in the Community of Llanelly)

Public Path Diversion Order 2022

The above Order made on the 15th June 2022 under Section 119 Highways Act 1980 will divert:

i) that part of public footpath no. 30 running from grid reference 322956,213884 from the public road to the south of Grove House. Church Road, Gilwern and proceeding in a generally north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 200 metres to grid reference 322814.21401 S; to a line running from grid reference 322814,214015 and proceeding in a generally south easterly then east south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 190 metres to grid reference 322960,213919 at its termination point on the public road between Grove House and Kinsale;

ie) that part of public footpath no. 30 running from grid reference 322814,214015 and proceeding in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 50 metres to grid reference 322780,214048; to a line running from 322814,21401 S and proceeding in a generally west south westerly direction for a distance of approximately 100 metres to grid reference 322724,213965 at its termination point on footpath no. 53.

A copy of the Order and the Order map are available to view free of charge at the office of the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority. Plas y Ffynnon, Cambrian Way. Brecon, Powys between 9.00am and 4.00pm on weekdays. Copies of the Order and map may be acquired free of charge by contacting [email protected]•npa.gov.uk or by phoning 01874 624437.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Rights of Way Officer. Brecon Beacons National Park Authority, P1as y Ffynnon, Cambrian W.r,, Brecon, Powys LD3 7HP not later than the 15th July 2022. Please state the grounds on which any representations or objections are made.

If no representations or objections are made. or if any so made are withdrawn, the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order ..
