NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 5th May 2022 Valiant Pub Company Ltd (formerly Gosstradco123 Ltd) applied to Powys County Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Lamb Inn, 12 Broad Street, Builth Wells, Powys LD2 3DT. The proposed variation is:- To amend the plan that attaches to the premises licence to include an outside bar servery. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned

application must be received in writing by:- The Licensing Officer, Powys County Council, The Licensing Officer, The Gwalia, Ithon Road, Llandrindod Wells, Powys LD1 6AA no later than 2nd June 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Powys County Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address Mon to Fri between 09.00 to 16.30 hours. It is an offence

knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction

for the offence is unlimited.
